Our mobile app is now available!

Our members can now manage their accounts and balances wherever they are with our new myaccounts mobile app!

The myaccounts mobile app is available for download from Apple's App Store and Google Play. With a one-time registration it provides a simple and secure way for customers to manage their accounts with the Society. 

The app has been developed with input and feedback from our members through our Member Forum initiative.

Users can undertake a variety of tasks within the app. Savings customers can view their accounts, transfer funds, and see their account transaction history, whilst mortgage customers can view their mortgage accounts and see payments they have made. 

The launch of our mobile app is another positive step in our commitment to improving our digital services and follows the upgrade of our myaccounts online service last year. Our 'bricks and clicks' strategy is all about choice, with improvements in technology supporting personal service rather than becoming a replacement for face-to-face interactions. We’ve spent a lot of time on both internal and customer testing in the last few months and are confident our app will meet our members' needs, providing them with a secure and quick way to manage their accounts in the way they want to.
