We are carrying out a customer satisfaction survey in collaboration with The Institute of Customer Service. This survey helps an organisation, such as ourselves, understand their customers’ views about their experience, and will take 5-10 minutes to complete.
Your input as a customer is important and will allow us to measure how we compare with other organisations in our sector. We’d like to invite you to take part in a survey about how satisfied or dissatisfied you are with our service.
If you have an ongoing complaint or are looking to complain about a specific incident involving us, please ensure you contact us directly, this survey will not monitor specific customer complaints.
All responses are completely confidential and go directly to The Institute of Customer Service. We will receive only grouped analysis from The Institute of Customer Service, so please feel free to be completely honest with your feedback.
