New roles for Alice Pocock and Matt Long

Alice Pocock and Matthew Long have both stepped into new leadership roles in the Society's Intermediary Sales Team.

Alice will now lead on service delivery and adviser support, ensuring the team maintains its high standards of excellence. Meanwhile, Matt will take the reins of the Business Development Manager (BDM) team, focusing on driving forward the Society’s sales strategy.

Their careers at Newbury Building Society began in 2015 with Alice joining the business as an Underwriting Assistant and Matt as an Account Manager within the branch network. 

In this new role, I'll be focusing on supporting our Intermediary Sales Advisers, managing service delivery, and maintaining operational excellence in everything we do. I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity and look forward to continuing to progress my career at the Society, working closely with my fantastic Intermediary Team colleagues as well as across the rest of the business.
