Product switch process
You can apply for an existing Newbury Building Society mortgage customer's product switch up to 4 months in advance of the current product or ERC end date.
Follow the four stages of our product switch process. Please note: we may need to request customer consent before actioning your request.
1. Request a product switch
Download the above form, complete it and email it to product.switch@newbury.co.uk.
2. Recieve the offer in 5 days
We will send the offer 5 working days after you have submitted the product switch request.
3. Return the signed offer
The customer should read and provide a wet signature on the offer. Return the signed offer to us.

4. Acknowledgement and completion
We’ll acknowledge receipt of the signed offer by return and will confirm with you when completion occurs.
