If you have a Shared Ownership mortgage with us, we thought you might be interested in taking part in a consultation organised by the Shared Ownership Council.
What is the consultation for?
The Shared Ownership Council's aim is to improve the experience of Shared Ownership customers across the whole country.
They would like to create a Shared Ownership Code of Practice, which they hope organisations across the industry (such as housing associations, mortgage lenders, and estate agents) will adopt to improve standards and address some of the challenges faced by shared ownership customers.
How can you get involved?
If you're interested in contributing to the consultation, you can fill out their anonymous survey here. If you have any questions about the survey, please contact the Shared Ownership Council. The deadline for survey completion is 31 August 2024.
