We are very pleased and excited to announce that we have won the coveted 'Employer of the Year' award at this year's Newbury Best in Business Awards, organised by Newbury Weekly News.
The awards celebrate the great and good of organisations in the West Berkshire area, with awards recognising everything from charity of the year, to online business of the year, to sports club of the year.
The Society beat strong competition to win the Employer of the Year category, which recognises organisations with innovative workplace policies, strong culture, and employee friendly initiatives which have an impact on the local community and contribute directly to commercial success.
