We are pleased to announce that members can now view the Society's carbon emissions data on the Carbon Database Initiative (CaDI) website.
The CaDI is a service provided by The Carbon Footprint, and provides organisations with a way to publicly present their carbon emissions data. The database is completely open to members of the public, who are able to compare companies' data over a number of years, providing insight into how emissions have changed over time.
Cutting our carbon emissions is a integral part of our Green Amibition strategy to become a more sustainable organisation. Displaying the Society's emissions data on the CaDI database is a great way for us to provide increased transparency to our members and demonstrates our commitment to working towards reducing our emissions.
You can view our carbon emissions data by searching 'Newbury Building Society' on the CaDI website.
