I joined the Society in January 2025 having worked in financial services for 25 years. I have a wealth of experience in branch and relationship management, customer service support, underpinned by a strong understanding of compliance and risk. In June 2025, I became Head of Branch Network (Newbury) on a 12 month secondment.
I joined Newbury Building Society because I wanted to be part of an organisation that truly values its customers and makes a positive impact in the community. The Society's emphasis aligns with my personal values and I'm proud to contribute and enhance the customer experience everyday through my role.
I oversee the running of our branches in the Newbury area: Abingdon, Didcot, Hungerford, Newbury and Thatcham. Through coaching and development, I support the branch teams to be the best version of themselves.
