Background and experience
Ian joined the Board in January 2025. He has over 25 years’ expertise in financial services, having previously held roles at Barclays and Yorkshire Building Society. He is passionate about social impact and equality and has been Chief Customer Officer (CCO) for Homes England, the government’s housing agency, since 2022.

Ian is a member of the Risk Committee and the Digital Advisory Panel.
