Background and experience

I joined the Society in 1996, beginning my career in the Andover branch, before progressing to the position of Office Manager of the Whitchurch branch and qualifying as a Registered Mortgage Advisor. After a period of part-time work to raise my family, I briefly left the Society, returning in 2010, when the Basingstoke branch opened. In 2013, I moved to the Winchester branch when it opened and was promoted to Office Manager in May 2016. In November 2018, I was appointed Branch Manager of the Basingstoke branch. 

I have gained a wealth of experience in different roles and across several different branches. I enjoy getting to know our members, and my experience has enabled me to progess within the Society and ensure I really felt part of the business.

Role and responsibilities

I am responsible for managing the Basingstoke branchensuring the branch team are supported within their roles to provide the best customer service.
