Background and experience
I have been with Newbury Building Society for fifteen years. I assisted with the launch of the dedicated Intermediary Unit in 2016. Prior to this I was an Account Manager within the Socety's branch network. Previously I worked with Halifax for several years as a Branch Manager and have a wide and varied knowledge within the financial industry.
In September 2025, I was promoted to Intermediary Sales Manager.
Roles and responsibilities
My role is to lead the Society's team of Business Development Managers, ensuring a successful development of mortgage introduced business. All whilst contributing to the Intermediary sales strategy aligning to the corporate plan. Alongside this, I also maintain and manage relationships with our key brokers and clubs/networks.
I cover the following postcode areas: BB, BD, BL, CA, CH, CW, DH, DL, DN, FY, GU, HD, HG, HU, L, LA, LS, M, NE, PR, RH, S, SK, SR, TS, WA, WF, WN, YO.
