What do we do?

  • We offer savings accounts and mortgages to people across England and Wales. We currently have more than 80,000 customers, though we call them 'members' - explore what that means here.

  • We believe in the power of community, and put a portion of our profits into supporting local causes, charities, and people every single year.

  • We have ten branches in Berkshire, Hampshire, and Oxfordshire, as well as a head office in Newbury.
