GoGreen Further Advance mortgage
Our GoGreen further advance mortgages are for existing borrowers who would like to take additional borrowing to fund energy efficient home improvements.
To qualify, you must use at least 50% of the further advance for one or more energy efficient home improvements such as, but not limited to: Air source heat pumps, cavity wall insulation, double/triple glazing and/or replacement windows, installation of an electric car charging point, loft insulation or installation of a wind turbine and/or solar panels. GoGreen Self-Build Mortgage reward
The GoGreen Reward is applicable on the current self-build mortgage and is designed to encourage borrowers to combat climate change by implementing sustainable, energy-efficient features into the build of their home. By doing so, the Society will refund half of the application fee paid at the start of the mortgage if an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) of A or B can be evidenced within two years of the start of the self-build project. GoGreen Buy to Let Further Advance mortgage
Our GoGreen Buy To Let Further Advance mortgages are available for individuals and Ltd Company existing borrowers who wish to improve the energy efficiency of their rental properties. To qualify, the borrower must use at least 50% of the further advance for one or more energy efficient home improvements such as, but not limited to: Air source heat pumps, cavity wall insulation, double/triple glazing and/or replacement windows, installation of an electric car charging point, loft insulation or installation of a wind turbine and/or solar panels.
