Tell a Friend about our mortgages and share £300!

As a valued customer, you know we offer exceptional customer service along with a great mortgage range, so why keep this to yourself? By recommending our mortgages to a friend or family member, you could recieve £150 as a thank you from us, and what's more, your friend or family member will also recieve a £150 welcome gift when they complete their mortgage with us!

How do I apply?

1. If you are an existing member of Newbury Building Society (a savings or mortgage customer) download and complete the form on the righthand side of this page. Alternatively, you can pick up a paper version from your local branch.

2. Pass it to a friend or family member so they can add their details when they apply for their mortgage. 

3. When they make their mortgage application with us, they simply need to hand the completed form to their mortgage adviser. 

4. Within 30 working days of the completion of their mortgage you'll both be rewarded!*

How many friends and family members can I recommend?

There is no limit to how many people you can recommend. This means you are eligible to recieve one £150 payment per recommended person. However, the £150 payment for each referral will only be paid on completion of the friend or family member’s mortgage.

The referred friend or family member is only entitled to receive one £150 payment, even if they have been referred by more than one person.
