To change your password, log into your myaccounts profile and visit the ‘My Profile’ page where you will be asked to provide characters from your memorable information. Remember to click 'save' once you have changed the details.

You can only hold one nominated account across all your eligible accounts at any one time. To change your nominated account, log into your myaccounts profile click on 'Send a secure message' at the bottom of the page and select ‘General Query’ and ‘I have a general query’.
Please provide us with your account name, sort code and account number of your new nominated account. In most instances we will be able to electronically verify your account, however if we cannot, we will ask you to provide us with a recent bank statement (no more than 3 months old).
We will update your nominated account across all your eligible accounts and confirm when we have updated your nominated account details using the secure messaging facility.
Please send us a secure message if you wish to change your interest payment method. You can either have your interest paid into your Society account, paid into a different Society account in your name, or paid away to your bank account. We will send you a secure message to confirm the change.
