How to submit a case

1. Contact a member of the Intermediary team using our Helpdesk. Alternatively, complete an AIP and send it to us via email.

  • There is an affordability calculator for more guidance or please contact the helpdesk.
  • We can assess cases over the telephone.
  • The Helpdesk advisers will let you know if you need to complete an AIP.

2. Register with us online here. If you are not already on panel, our team will action this after you register.

3. Complete a mortgage application. You can do this here or download and complete a PDF application and email it to us here.

4. Once your application has been received, it will be allocated to a dedicated Underwriter who will send you an acknowledgement of the application after their initial assessment.
