We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted in the Best BDM Team category at the Moneyfacts Awards 2025.
Following the Bank of England base rate decrease on 6 February 2025, our Standard Variable Rate (SVR) will decrease by 0.20% from 6.60% to 6.40% on 5 March 2025, affecting all variable rate mortgages.

Our SVR at 6.40% remains one of the lowest in the market and therefore, we continue to protect borrowers and provide fair value. You can track our SVR against the Bank of England's base rate for the last five years here.
