You can now book an appointment with one of our friendly BDMs over the phone or via video chat.
We will happily consider lots of different types of foreign currency loans!
Foreign currencies include:
- Euros (EUR)
- US Dollars (USD)
- Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- Hong Kong Dollars (HKD)
- Australian Dollars (AUD)
- Swiss Francs (CHF)
- Singapore Dollars (SGD)
- Qatari Riyals (QAR)
- Saudi Riyals (SAR)
We will consider regulated expat buy-to-lets! In this instance, the applicant would need to be earning in one of the currencies listed above.
Don’t forget:
- No credit scoring – all cases are assessed on individual merit
- Tailored underwriting with each case individually considered
- Multiple types of income are considered
- A dedicated helpdesk open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
