In September, we temporarily closed our Newbury branch on Northbrook Street to make some improvements.
Whilst closed, we've been operating a temporary branch at our head office on Bartholomew Street. We were delighted to welcome so many members at the temporary branch and would like to thank those members for their positive feedback.
We are very pleased to confirm we have now completed the refurbishment, and that our newly refurbished Newbury branch re-opened to members on Tuesday 29th November at 09:00.

Tuesday 29 November - Our newly refurbished branch on Northbrook Street will be open to members from 9am.
We are incredibly excited for existing customers to experience our refurbished branch in Newbury, and to welcome new customers who simply want to look around or find out how we can help them with their savings and mortgage needs. In addition to a fresh and modern new look, we have incorporated flexible spaces for the branch team to meet and greet, give advice and carry out transactions for customers. Newbury is the second of our branch refurbishments (Abingdon was completed in 2021) and we are not stopping there. We will be continuing our branch refurbishment program into 2023 as part of our “bricks and clicks” strategy; supporting customers through a blend of face to face and online services.
