We are extremely proud to announce that we are a finalist in the UK Customer Service Awards 2025, organised by the Institute of Customer Service.
The awards recognise organisations that have implemented successful customer service initiatives and celebrate the individuals and businesses that consistently deliver excellent service to their customers. The prestigious awards are judged by industry experts, academics, and business leaders.
To have been shortlisted in these awards is a real achievement for us. We have been shortlisted in the Trusted Quality Provider category, which recognises organisations that enjoy 'trusted status' with their customers due to the quality of service they provide. We are up against some very large and well respected brand names including AJ Bell, BT, Legal & General, John Lewis Partnership and VoucherCodes.
