Background and experience
My career at Newbury Building Society started in 2017 when I joined the team at Newbury Branch as a Customer Service Adviser. Since then I have been part of an inhouse talent programme which led me to my current role as HR Administrator. Throughout my time here Newbury Building Society has supported my career development and I am currently studying for my CIPD Level 3 in People Practice.
Role and responsibilities
My role is to provide a first class customer service to both our internal and external customers and to support the HR team.
