Background and experience
I joined Newbury Building Society in 2008, after spending twenty five years in finance and management.
I really enjoy being part of a team, including Newbury branch and head office. The Society offers great opportunities to progress within the business. Managing the Newbury branch gives me the opportunity to interact with customers and staff in the local town.
Role and responsibilities
I am responsible for managing the Newbury branch. I support the branch team in the operational function of the branch and also assist with the teams' individual development. All this helps the Society to deliver great customer service to its members and its local communities.
