Background and experience
I have spent most of my career working in Financial Services and joined Newbury Building Society in November 2014 as a Branch Assistant, working 3 hours a day. I was promoted to Customer Consultant in June 2015 and I have really enjoyed helping our customers with their mortgage & savings requirements ever since! In September 2021 I was promoted to Branch Manager, working on a job-share basis 3 days’ a week.
The Society is extremely customer focused and I am proud that we always try to deliver great customer service.
Role and responsibilities
I am responsible for the effective day-to-day running of the Wokingham branch, ensuring we provide excellent customer service.
