Background and experience

I joined Newbury Building Society following the completion of my GCSEs. I was keen to continue my learning within the workplace, rather than carrying on in an education environment, so an apprenticeship was a great opportunity for me.
 
I started as a Risk and Compliance Apprentice before qualifying and becoming a Risk and Compliance Administrator. I joined the Intermediary Team in 2024.

Role and responsibilities

My role is to take enquiries in the form of emails, live chats, and Decisions in Principle (DIPs).
