Background and experience
I joined Newbury Building Society in 2017 working across our branch network, before joining our Intermediary Team. In Janaury 2024, I was promoted to Mortgage Retention Manager, managing our new Mortgage Retention Team.
Newbury put the customer experience at the centre of what we do and it’s something I enjoy being a part of. They support their people to go above and beyond in both the service they provide and in their own personal development.
Role and responsibilities
I am responsible for the day-to-day running of our Mortgage Retention Team and ensuring we provide our members with high-quality service throughout the product switch process.
