Background and experience
I joined the Society in 1996, working in the Andover branch, before progressing to the position of Office Manager of the Whitchurch branch and qualifying as a Registered Mortgage Advisor. After working part-time for a number of years to raise my family, I left; only to return two years later in 2010, when the Basingstoke branch opened. I moved to the Winchester branch when it opened in 2013, and was promoted to Office Manager in May 2016.
November 2018, I became Branch Manager for Basingstoke.
I have gained a wealth of experience in different roles and across several different branches. I enjoy getting to know our members, and my experience has enabled me to progess within the Society and ensure I really felt part of the business.
Role and responsibilities
I am responsible for managing the Basingstoke branch, ensuring the staff are supported within their roles to provide the best customer service.
